Analysis and Capital investing in Pre-IPO Biotech and Technology startups.
Our goal is create investor wealth by developing a company that provides capital, strategic planning and strategic positioning to Pre-IPO Biotech and Technology startup companies in order to assist them in achieving their goal in going public. Currently we have targeted two Biotech startup’s that have promising drugs awaiting clinical trails. The first Biotech has acquired the rights to an orphan drug that has great promise, and has interest in acquiring a second product in the medical cannabis arena. The second company specializes in acquiring medical cannabis class drugs. They are further along in development phase and have already filed with the FDA to start their clinical trials. Both companies plan to take the drugs to phase II trails and then sell them to their marketing partners. Both companies overall plan is to build a large portfolio of drugs and then sell their companies. Both of the companies’ founders have a successful track record with this strategy.

Accomplished sales and sales management professional with proven ability to drive sales in highly competitive markets with extensive experience in developing long-term profitable relationships.
Over the past 30 years I have been fortunate enough to have been associated with some great mentors; Les Wexner (Founder of Limited Stores), R David Thomas (Founder of Wendy’s), Jack Hanna (Founding Director of Columbus Zoo), Richard Schultz (Founder of National Revenue Corp). I also have had experience working with political figures such as; the Governor of Ohio and the Mayor of Columbus. All these men have enriched my life and helped me develop the skills to start, build and later sell, three different companies in three different regions of the country.
In 2003, I founded Cashmere & Associates Realty after starting my real estate career and
later selling the company in 2012. I bring a number of skill sets to the table with vast experience in the sales, investment analysis and modeling.

Karen Cashmere
Karen Cashmere has over 30 years of pharmaceutical/biotech business experience, and most recently medical devices. She has a proven track record for leading development & implementation of pre-launch/launch strategies for new products in diverse markets. Karen also has experience in defining and developing markets for orphan drugs. She has successfully launched products in women’s health, reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, critical care, renal disease and diabetes. Karen has held positions of increasing responsibility at Abbott Nutritional and Pharmaceutical Divisions, Serono, Novogyne (Noven/Novartis Joint Venture), Andrx Branded Division, Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Malvern Consulting Group, and most recently MAKO Surgical Corp. Karen has BS and MS degrees in Nutrition/Biochemistry from The Ohio State University. Specialties:Branding, marketing communications, and leading development & implementation of pre-launch/launch strategies for new products in diverse markets.
