Christy has spent the past 6 years developing willa. After identifying a white space in the marketplace, she conceived and executed a 20 SKU line of healthy skincare products for young women. Prior to willa, Christy was a Senior Vice President at Phoenix Pictures in Hollywood where she produced feature films. She graduated from Georgetown University.

Prior to willa, Bailey led a technology & operations team at Compass. Her career began in finance, as an M&A analyst at Lehman Brothers and an investment associate at Irving Place Capital, a middle-market consumer/retail-focused private equity firm. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Management & Accounting from Washington & Lee University.

Jennifer joined willa in September 2015. Previously she served as the Business Development Director for Jamberry, a direct selling company, where she was employee #2 and helped grow the company from 80 consultants to over 130,000 in 4 years. There, she led all things consultant-facing, including training and motivating the salesforce. Jennifer began her career in direct selling with Pampered Chef, where she was consistently one of the top producers and recruiters in the country for 14+ years. She holds a BS in Social Work from California State University, Chico.

Dmitriy joined willa after leading tech departments of several digital agencies, where he completed over 70 e-commerce implementations for a broad range of companies, including Fortune 500 firms & top consumer brands. Dmitriy holds an MS in Computer Science from Pace University, and is a Fulbright Scholar.

Renee joined willa in October 2015. She was most recently spearheading leader coaching at Thirty One Gifts, one of the largest direct selling party plan companies in the US.
