Hi, I’m from Milwaukee and lived here all of my life. A graduate of Nicolet High School and Cardinal Stritch University. After being a bartender for a number of years, I began treating people with my delights at work and school. I learned my baking skills from my mother. I was able to turn her Jackson, Mississippi cake recipes into cookies and now the Sky is the limit. I support various charities and causes that benefit man and animals.

I’m the creator of the most wonderful cookies on earth. Original recipes that are unsurpassed in taste and culture. For 5 years now we have been a staple in the community. Being able to provide products to major venues, Oscar Night Fundraisers in Hollywood, donate to food shelters is the reason I’m motivated everyday to work hard at my craft and expand business. I would like soon to be able to provide jobs to minorities, veterans and those with disabilities.
