Seattle Breakfast Truck is a breakfast food truck that is based in the greater Seattle area… obviously! We are all about simple, affordable, delicious breakfast. Have you ever wished that there was  food truck where you could grab a quick, amazing breakfst on your way into work? Have you ever been walking… or stumbling… out of the bar and wished you could grab a late night breakfast without the wait? You could help make that wish come true by donating today!

This all started from an dream, and now it’s almost a reality. My crew and I have been working in kitchens for a long time, and we finally have a chance to open our own. We are a crew of hardworking normal people with an awesome idea. Meet the squad….

Nick Hewitt – Owner

I was the one in the video, and this is my business. I have management experience, cooking experience, and a great team behind me.

Rubin Bierig – Chef

Rubin has been in the restaurant business for 20+ years, and is capable of working alongside anyone in the kitchen. Great food is all about who’s cooking it, and he is one of the best.

Andrew Nguyen – Cook

Andrew is our best and only employee. He is one of the hardest working and most reliable cooks out there. We wouldn’t be here without him.

Maria Tringali – Manager

Maria has been in sales and marketing management for 25+ years, and knows just about everyone in the greater Seattle area. She is one of the most professional, and knowledgeable businesswomen around.

Will Cornell – Videographer

He is the creator of the Rain City Redemption Seahawks video series (if you don’t know google it), and the owner of “MADI”; a video production company. He shot and edited the video you saw at the top of the page, and is one of the most talented graphic designers / video editors out there.

We are a small crew, but we work hard. We know what it takes to run a successful business, and we plan on doing just that. This wouldn’t be possible without these people, and they are all a part of making this awesome business work.
